Abstract
This study aims to demonstrate the importance of artificial intelligence and its role in achieving good governance, leading to improved government performance in all its aspects, which achieves sustainable achievement and rapid response to public demands. The study also highlights the United Arab Emirates as a leading model in the Arab region, attempting to identify the legislation, strategies, policies, and programs it has adopted in the field of artificial intelligence to achieve leadership in this field and achieve good governance and sustainability. As for the research plan, in order to answer the research questions and prove the validity of the hypothesis, the study was divided into two sections: The first addressed the conceptual determinants related to the nature of artificial intelligence, the differences between it and human intelligence, and a definition of good governance. The second section focused on the study model (the United Arab Emirates) and the legislation, strategies, and policies it adopted regarding artificial intelligence.
