Abstract
metaphysical The digital economy is one of the economic policies adopted by countries to enhance their international economic development and strengthen their international relations. It emerged with the development of information and communications technology in the 1990s, which contributes to increasing the economic efficiency of the country, which contributes to enhancing economic development on the one hand, and developing the country's foreign relations on the other, especially in light of international changes and the emergence of the phenomenon of globalization and the growing use of the Internet for a digital revolution that worked to increase interconnectedness in international relations and contributed to creating tangible effects in several fields, including trade, agriculture and industry. In this context, China and Malaysia are among the most prominent countries that have embraced the digital economy as a tool to enhance their economic standing and attract foreign investment. Their strategies for technological transformation and digital services have contributed to strengthening their economic relations and improving their position in global supply chains.
