| Abstract | ||
| The current research sought to test the level of contribution of strategic renewal in its dimensions (exploring opportunities, entrepreneurship, and investing opportunities) in achieving organizational survival in its dimensions (adaptability, maintaining high performance standards, and achieving job performance goals). it adopted strategic renewal as an independent variable, while organizational survival came as a dependent variable. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data and information. A random sample consisting of (50) administrative leaders in the private colleges was selected. The descriptive analytical approach was used in presenting and analyzing the study information. For data processing, the researcher used a number of statistical methods, namely the weighted arithmetic mean, the intensity of the answer, the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the simple correlation coefficient (Pearson) and the simple and multiple regression coefficient. One of the most prominent conclusions reached by the study is that the colleges of the research sample seek to enhance their interest in exploring new opportunities and entrepreneurship to invest in those opportunities, in addition to adopting a distinct structural design based on clear and streamlined organizational procedures for the flow of information within the leadership participation to exchange information to achieve its organizational survival. | ||
