| Abstract | ||
| The main goal of writing any research to address an existing problem in society that attracts attention for the purpose of studying it and then contemplating it to come up with a set of conclusions and recommendations for the purpose of contributing to building society directly or indirectly. From this standpoint, I found it necessary to discuss an existing problem in society, which is the increase in the number of young orphans who do not exceed eighteen years of age. This increase was caused by wars and increased by the cruelty and bitterness of the terrorist ISIS gangs, which requires studying it carefully to come up with a set of opinions that contribute to the field of research and development, while identifying the most important points that can preserve the life of the orphan child in terms of the safety of his body and mind and preserving his money through care and attention. This can only be achieved through legislation and activation of existing laws that were enacted to protect the rights of the young orphan child, the juvenile boy. This is summarized in three topics through which I highlight the role of Islamic law in addition to international conventions, the Iraqi Constitution and Iraqi ordinary laws, in addition to a conclusion, recommendations and the sources that were relied upon in writing the research. | ||
