Abstract
Artificial intelligence is a relatively new term in the legal field and the fruit of decades of human efforts to develop an intelligence that mimics our own intelligence and unique mental abilities, enabling us to improve and develop our living conditions. While artificial intelligence is a form of technological progress, it raises numerous legal issues, particularly regarding the suitability of current legislation and its ability to accommodate the unique characteristics of this modern technology. The study relies on a descriptive approach through definitions and concepts specific to artificial intelligence technology, as well as an analytical approach to examine the various opinions and positions on the subject's problems, as well as an analysis of legal texts. This research is divided into three sections, preceded by an introduction and ending with a conclusion that includes the most important findings and recommendations. As follows: Requirement One: Definition and nature of artificial intelligence. Requirement Two: Legal liability for damages arising from artificial intelligence. Requirement Three: The law applicable to digital intellectual property disputes.
