| Abstract | ||
| Compensation for damages caused by a private school requires that the damage be certain to occur or foreseeable in the future, excluding hypothetical or uncertain damages, The damage must be direct, resulting from the school’s act or negligence, while indirect or consequential damages are not compensated, Additionally, the damage must be predictable and reasonably foreseeable at the time of the act causing it, These conditions ensure precise determination of liability and protect the rights of the student and their guardian according. The research tends to follow a descriptive analytical approach, as it is a descriptive analytical approach, where we collect information and facts related to private schools, the opinions of jurists, judicial rulings and legislation related to private schools, and study and analyze them. In conclusion, we recommend the following: Private schools should implement more effective preventative policies to avoid harm and ensure student safety. Parents and students should be made more aware of their legal rights to seek compensation in cases of harm, and clear legal channels for filing complaints should be provided. The relevant authorities should adopt legislative and administrative regulations that clarify the scope of private school liability, the criteria for assessing harm, and the provisions for compensation to ensure legal justice. | ||
