| Abstract | ||
| This study aims to explore the nature of intellectual property and civil rights and analyze the contemporary challenges they face. The first section deals with the concept and definition of intellectual property, as well as the types of intellectual property rights, which are divided into literary and artistic property and industrial property. International mechanisms for protecting intellectual property rights are also discussed through international agreements that cover both literary and artistic property, and industrial property through international registration agreements and conventions. Category. In the second section, the focus is on the concept and definition of civil rights, in addition to the different types of civil rights. The third section provides an in-depth analysis of contemporary challenges facing intellectual property and civil rights. In addition, challenges to civil rights such as discrimination based on race, color, or national origin, religious discrimination, violence and discrimination against minorities, and the rights of immigrants and refugees are analyzed,This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the basic concepts related to intellectual property and civil rights, and seeks to shed light on current issues and challenges affecting the protection of these rights. The study also proposes solutions and strategies to confront these challenges and enhance the protection of intellectual property and civil rights in the contemporary world, ensuring the achievement of justice and equality in society. | ||
