| Abstract | ||
| This research addresses the issue of third-party benefit from judicial rulings within the context of joint debt and positive and negative solidarity. The study aims to explore how third parties can benefit from judicial decisions in cases involving joint debt and determine the impact of judicial rulings on parties directly or indirectly involved in a specific legal relationship. The research is based on multiple legal criteria, such as the nature of the dispute, unity of interest, as well as the theory of legal agency and the functional extension of judicial rulings. It also highlights how judgments can be shielded preventively to expand their effect. Research structure: In two chapters, preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion, we chose to address the idea of our research. In the first chapter, we addressed the concept of third parties in a lawsuit, and in the second, we focused on the positive reflexive effect of implementing a judicial ruling in favor of third parties. | ||
