Abstract

It can be achieved by adopting the following development policies: - 1 - the best use of available resources, as recent developments in planning and creating sustainable balance of environmental aspects. 2 - Establishment of effective economic activities, depending on the possibilities available. 3 - To focus on infrastructure and development. This is because the basic infrastructure component to the success of many of the spatial development patterns. 4 - Use of strategies and planning methods to find functional regions far from the main areas of population concentration. 5 - Use of methods for the purpose of developing a policy of population stabilization by reducing unplanned immigration laws and whether the use of instructions or a budget both as ideology.
