Abstract
عزلت البكتريا من ريش 25 طيرآ من نوعين من الطيور المائية المدجنة وهما الخضيريplatyrhynchos Anas من ( 5 ذكور و10 أناث) ومن أبي زلة Anas acuta من ( 3 ذكور و7 أناث ) وتم التعرف على18 نوعآ من البكتريا 1- Serratia plymuthica 2-- Enterobacter sakazakii 3 Clostridium histolyticum 4- Staphylococcus saprophyticus 5- Pseudomonas aeruginosa 6- Pseudomonas diminuta 7- Kluyvera ascorbata 8- Citrobacter braakii 9- Klebsella oxytoca 10 - E.coli11- Serratia ficaria 12-Proteus mirabilis 13- Provdencia stuartii 14- Aeromonas hydrophila 15- Bacillus firmus 16- Citrobacter freundii 17- Citrobacter diversus 18- Staphylococcus sciuri وبعد اجراء التحليلات الاحصائية أختبار T-test كان الفرق معنويا عند مستوى ( p<0.05) بين نسبة وجود البكتريا و معدل الوزن للعينات المعزول منها وأيجاد معامل الارتباط وأختلفت بحسب المناطق كما انه لا يوجد نمط ثابت لنوعية البكتريا بحسب الجنس .
