Abstract
This study was designed to evaluation physiologic effect of oxidation stress on Kidney and study of antioxidant effect of vitamin E (400IU) to minimized the stress by oxidation induced by using 0.5% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) on Adult male mice in drinking water for 30 days . We used 30 adult male mice randomly divided to three groups , first group(A) received distal water , second group (B) received H2O2 (0.05%) in drinking water with Vitamin E (400IU) daily ,and third group received H2O2 (0.05%) only .
In end of study serum Isolated and measure the (Creatinine, Urea,ALT,AST) in serum and doing histopathological for Kidney. we found there is elevation in Urea & Creatinine in animal serum received H2O2 and increase but not significant in group received H2O2 and vitamin E . also the ALT &AST were elevation in group received H2O2 only compared with group (A,B) .
