Abstract
Abstract
Aqueous extract of plant Peganum harmala and Capparis spinosa with three different concentration (0.01),(0.05),(0.1) was used as a treatment for amoebic dysentery parasite E.histolytica .It was clear through the study in vivo that aqueous extracts of each plant Peganum harmala and Capparis spinosa proved its ability to decrease the numbers of parasite .
The comparison between the concentrations showed that there are significant differences between the three concentration used, and the high concentration (0.1) of the aqueous extract of both plant was more sufficient in decrease the parasite numbers.
