| الخلاصة تمت دراسة تأثير المستخلص الكحولي لنبات الكبر (الجذور والسيقان والاوراق)على العزلات الميكروبية الـمعزولة من أشخاص مصابين بالـتهابات الفم واللـثة . جمعت 50 مسحة فــموية ، وأظـهرت نتـائج الـزرع و التشخيص المختبري للمـيكروبات كما يأتي : 15 عزلة من بكتريا Streptococcus viridans (37.5%) و 8 عزلات تعود لبكتريا Streptococcus pyogenes (20%) و 5 عـزلات تعود لبكترياStaphylococcus aureus (12.5%) وعزلتين من بكتريا Escherichia coli (5%) و عـزلة واحـدة من بـكتريـا Staphylococcus saprophyticus (2.5%) و 8 عزلات من خميرة الكانديدا Candida albicans(20%) وعزلة واحدة للنوع Candida tropicalis (2.5%) . تم اختبار العزلات التي أظهرت مقاومة تامة تجاه المضادات الحيوية لمعرفة مدى تأثير المستخلصات الكحولية لنبات الكبر باجزاءه الثلاثة ( الجذور والسيقان والاوراق ) عليها. أظهرت النتائج ان مستخلصات نبات الكبر تمتلك قدرة تثبيطية عالية ضد نمو ميكروبات الاختبار، وكان هناك تفاوت في اقطار التثبيط حيث كلما ازداد التركيز ازدادت اقطار التثبيط ، وكان المستخلص الكحولي للجذور كان أكثر فعالية في تأثيره على العزلات البكتريا والخميرة قيد الدراسة مقارنة بالمستخلصين الكحوليين للاوراق و السيقان , اذ اظهر مديات عالية لاقطار مناطق التثبيط تراوحت بين (20-42) ملم تجاه بكتريا S. aureus.Abstract This study included to determine the effect of alcoholic extract of the Caper plant( roots , stems and leaves) to grow at the isolates microbial isolated from people with mouth and gum infections .After collection of 50 smears oral, the results of diagnosis of microbes as follow :15 isolates of t Streptococcus viridans (37.5%) , 8 isolates belonging to the bacteria Streptococcus pyogenes (20%), 5 isolates belonging to the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus (12.5%),2 isolates of bacteria Escherichia coli (5%), one isolate of Staphylococcus saprophyticus (2.5%) and 8 isolates of yeasts as Candida albicans (20%) and 1 isolates of Candida tropicalis (2.5%). | ||
