| This research is an attempt to stand on the contribution of the thinkers and philosophers in developing in notion of human rights through ages, it indicates to the contribution of the Greek philosophers and Roman in ancient ages then explain the effect of the thinkers of middle ages, and finally the intellectual contribution in the upraise age and the threshold of the modern age, the researcher had evaluate the theory of natural law and social contract theories, which been adopted all by most of thinkers when they exposed the idea of human right specially after of the spread of the social solidarity tent, and the adopting of the policy of interference in all life field by most countries. | ||
