| Abstract | ||
| Length of paired clavicles of Iraqis was measured in 63 male and 37 female adults (29 to 72years).The left bone was longer than the right and less curved and more flattened and smoother in 69cadavers the other 31 cadavers the collar bone sin both sides of each cadaver were at the same length ,In males the difference was from 1.0 mm to 12.0 mm , in females the difference was from 1.0 mm to7.0 mm .The taller bone 166.0mm was in left side of adult male .While the short one 127.0 mm wasfrom right side of adult female the mean length of left clavicle in adult male was156.67 mm .Thesexual difference in the mean length of the clavicle of the two sides was statistically highly significantin all cadavers | ||
