| The study nims to evaluate the effect of some natural products (nigeiU. sativa, sesame, flax aodginger oil) (Emad factory/mosulllraq) in relation to nystatin sll•pcnsion on color ofUC-Soft LinerFifty Snmrlc were prepared frorn-OC-extm soft lining matenal, they were (10*10*2mm). Half ofthe samples for each group were immersed for 8hr in these oils after tb.cy bad been inf~Jeted withCandida a/hi cans and incubated for 48hr, the other half of the samples immersed for Shr daily furone mouth. This study compared antifungal etliciency before and after immersion in distilledwater (Negative Control). nystatin suspension ( 100000 l.U/ml as a positive control), nigella sativ11,sesame, flax aod ginger oil. Color of sampl..s tested by Vita - Easy Shade system, the statisticaltests ll•cd were analysis of variance, Dunne! T-tesl. '11te re~ults demonstrated that there weresignificant differences between all tested oils and O.W in relation to antifungal nction, and nosignificant differences between all rested oils and D.W in relation ro color of GC-sofi liningmaterial at (P=0.05). All the tested natural o ils were effective antifungal agents and would beaccepted and safe in relation to the color of soft liner . | ||
