| Considerable information are accumulated about normal composition of blood. i80) malesand (50) females attended this study aged from 18-40 years to investigate the effect ofseason on some blood parameters. The samples of venous blood were collected at theOctober 2A07 b May 2008. All blood parameters hemoglobin (Hb), packed cell volume(PC.V.), red blood cells (RBCs), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean cell hemoglobin(MCH) of males and females were within normal range of healthy subjects and alsoMCHC mean cell hemoglobin concentration was normal. There were significant differentdifferences between the male and female students. There was no significant effect ofseason on blood parameters. The pulmonary function test included the measurement ofpeak flow meter and respiratory volume. There are significant differences in the value ofpulmonary function between male and female students. | ||
