| The morbidity and mortality of diabetus mellitus - related complications can be g.*ltly reduced by constantry checking parienrs btooo sugai ( seri * HbAlc *onitoiing o, testing ). Some patients can not ieceive tnir .o*piefr.nsive diabetic care. This studytry^to ciarify the relation between some inflamruto.y mu.Lrr. and sugar control in diabetic patients. The study includes 50 patients ( t s males and 32 females ) from samaffa city All were reviewed with history, thorough examination ,' ind investigations. out of 50 patients with diaberes, zg iia rtign ilLoo sugar, 40 had high ESR, t had increase in both b-rood sugar and ESR, r 7 fiad abnorm-ar trrigrrl uroiosugar and albuminuria,-17had high ESR and albuminuria. other causes or"nigh ESn should be excluded such as rheumatoid arthritis, anemia, nu.rutotogical diseases and infection like brucellosis . | ||
