| AbstractSpeakers usually have ways of conveying ideas to the listener. Every turn is dependent on the way and context of situation in which it is taken. Some turns may consist of one word and some are long. Speakers' shifts are varied from smooth to unsmooth shifts; speakers take turns, and speakers cooperate. Spontaneous speech delivered by speakers, and every day language contain various types of hesitation. Questions and answers are the best ways for complete communication.Speakers can take, keep, and yield the turn according to some signs of attention. Here prosody can play a significant role for arranging conversation and supplying different meanings. Pauses are brief and, intonation may be fall or rise, and so on. Discourse analysis and pragmatics raise particular interest in such conversation analysis, since the ultimate aim of conversation is conveying a clear and understood message to the listener. | ||
