Abstract
Seventy five sawbs were collected from student educational college from both sexes(35 males and 40 females ) who infected with dental carries .Three genera of gram positive bacteria which were Streptococcus spp , Staphylococcus ssp ., Lactobacillus ssp . and one grame negative geneus which was E.coli in addition to candida albicans .Some types of bacteria diagnosed and tested for antibiotics sensitivity test .Agar well diffusion method was used to study the effect miswak extract(bark and pulp) against some type of bacterial isolates , the bark extract was showed more effectivity higher than pulp extract against bacteria ,as well as the both extracts were given higher inhibition zones against Streptococcus mutans and then its followed by Staph .epidermidis and staph .areus.
