Abstract
Abstract:A Spectrophotometric semi-automated flow injection (FI) system was constructed from the components already present in our analytical laboratory. A model system based on FI determination of methylene blue and iron III were chosen for testing and evaluation the physical and chemical parameters of this system, respectively. Keyword: Flow injection, Spectrophotometric, Methylene blue, Iron (III).
