| Abstract | ||
| Thin film of Cadimum oxid have been prepared by Spray Pyrolsis with different thicknesses (250,350,450)nm ,on glass substrate which were heated to (500 0C) . The polycrystalline structure of these film has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction . It has been found from optical measurement that the electronic transition are direct allowed and forbidden . Also found that the optical energy gap decreases with increasing the thickness . | ||
