| Abstract | ||
| Thermo-extraction of antigens of Bacillus anthracis (Sterne 34F2strain) which was genetically attenuated and be used in production of veterinary vaccine had been done. Protein concentration was calcualated (mg/ml),then electophoresis had been done for these extracted antigens by using SDS-Poly acrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE).The results revealed that the extracted antigens had 7 protein bands ,it's molecularweight were located between 15.800 to 125.800 Dalton which were estimated according to it's relative movement and compared with standard proteins . The importance of this study reset on the analysis of protein nature of these antigens which in turn very important in many different serological and immunological assays. | ||
