Abstract
الخلاصـــــــةتم اختـبار قـابلـية بعـض عـزلات من الفطر TRICHODERMA HARIZIANUM العزلة البرية tH-WT والعـزلات المطفره المستحـثـة بالمطفـر الكـيمـياوي NTG (tH-1-6 , TH-1-4 , TH-2-3 , TH-2-2 , TH-2-1) على افراز بعض السموم الفطرية الترايكوثسينات مـن نـوع t2-TOXIN باستخـدام كروماتوكرافـي الطبقـة الرقيقه (tHIN LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY) واظهرت النتائج أن هذه العزلات غير قادرة على افراز هذه السموم مما يؤكد امكانية استخدامها بامان في برامج المقاومة الحياتية
