| Abstract | ||
| The bottom line is that the strategy of the Israeli military aims primarily to (achieve security for Israel first) through the actions of political, military and economic arenas, international, regional and endeavor to do so by developing its nuclear capabilities, which although not declared by Israel owned, but all the studies and evidence material confirms possession of him, but that Israel undertakes from time to time leaking information to the international media to confirm suspicions in this direction, particularly prior to taking any step political and military for the Arab States to discuss and cooperate, or even strategic coordination, as well as when you see the signs of an international effort is to move towards resolving problem of the Middle East in a fair, such as peace attempts and negotiations with the Palestinians, perhaps to enable it to strengthen its bargaining position, and in this application of the strategy known as (the bomb in the basement) that any nuclear weapon ready, but will not be announced | ||
