| The march of the Security Council at the stage of international balance since the founding of the United Nations until the collapse of the socialist bloc in 1991, culminated in the victorious march of many of the achievements of the peace in spite of the cold war raging between the two main blocs. Has held several international treaties governing diplomatic and economic relations in the framework of the United Nations. Also held many international treaties on human rights. There were many international organizations, and received dozens of countries on the independence and the disposal of foreign occupation | ||
