| Abstract | ||
| Although the rule that takes the majority of systems in the world, is the subordination of military to civil authority, but the Israeli military establishment and the very nature of their composition and the targets set in action, as the heir to many organizations illegal armed which were active on Palestinian land before the announcement of Israel's founding year 1948, made it the institution is characterized by the quality of individual institutions from the rest of this state. Thus, by virtue of its position that, we find her voice in many areas of the work of government policy, seeking depending on him to put pressure on the institutions of power to take it, according to the methods used, and the extent of the development and stability and the unity of the state, in terms of its ability to balance between the institutions, especially the balance between by civilian institutions and the military on the other. Any that ranges influence the military, may frame the general structure of the state, and the researcher believes that it often results in such a disruption in the balance, to bypass the Army position, being a mere institution exercising pressure on the power, until it becomes itself little by little political power in control of the State itself , out of the civilian rulers remain always in need of assigning military commanders, that the State here, keep this unit or its power of the military in particular. | ||
