Current research cares with define the role of movement systems in planning the industrial locations and its complement with the factory outside and inside spaces and also proving a data base for developing the design act with the most suitable , flexible movement mechanism to achieve the maximum usage of these locations through out the studying of the mechanism of movement of the materials and the main means used for transmitting , storing , and the movement of the workers and employees in their administrative , productive locations also in the services parts of the locations like restaurants , bathes and rest places through Ergonomics. So the research comes up with this result, the effect movement systems influence on the complementary of the function inside the industrial locations , so it should be concentrated in the planning process. So the final product will be complete in its functional role with others requirements .
For the sake of studying movement in the industrial locations. The research was divided into a theoretical part and practical part.
In the beginning of first chapter of the research came up with a theoretical frame considered the system of movement and it was mainly into two levels, the first was the level of the factory place and the functional relationship inside, the second was, the level of the inside space and the relationship within these factory. These two levels were taken to be studied in the case study and chosen industrial locations in Baghdad, and those are the general factory of leather industry in Zafaraniya. The analysis includes the studying of movement in each of this factory.
The research concluded that the movement and its system have a great role in planning industrial locations and its inner /outer relationships, also to its function. The successful design to it helps the flexibility of work, the easy way to make extensions and change to the factory and developing it in away that acheived the industrial process |
