Abstract
We considered the corporate governance as a modern management concept. we can be applied this concept in the financial markets to increase transparency degree in it , therefore this concept helped the investor to get the fair evaluation of the current stock prices . The main objective of the research is to study and analyses the connection between the governance and the fair price of the stock , the important conclution of this research deals with the ability of application of the concept of corporate governance to achieve an efficiency financial markets .
