| Abstract | ||
| The globalization and organizational culture have occupied the interest of organizational thinkers and scientists. Globalization has been represented by four dimensions: economical, political, cultural, and technological. Beside that the group work, incorporeal, information flow, participation, supervision, and meetings are considered to be as interpretation dimensions of organizational culture. The research has considered presumptions which expect that there are correlation relationships between the dimensions of these to variables. Its credibility has been tested by views of (40) faculty from the college of Administration & Economics / Baghdad University. The results have proved the difficulty of relying on globalization movement to organizational culture level interpretation. | ||
