| Abstract | ||
| The research seek showing the importance of the knowledge management and relationship with the process of making decisions. And analysis with contact relationship between changing research throw the studies specific view from manager of some hotel and tourism organizations in Baghdad . there were 65 questionnaire and by analyzing them statically it was shown that the decision makers of the hotel and tourism organizations realize the importance of using the knowledge management and its employment in the process of making decisions. But actual use and investment of the knowledge management in the hotel and tourism sector is still limited because of the presence of some obstacles in concern with the managers and leaderships and the technical, data and material capabilities available. | ||
