| Abstract | ||
| The research gives attention to the advanced application for the quality function deployment (QFD) tool in the State Company For Leather Industries; where it through the detailed defining & evaluating of the basic customer requirements for the man- leather shoes product with its competitor and defining the technical requirements for the product in order to arrange the priorities of its development and then deploying them a cross the chain of matrixes of the quality houses. Also, QFD tool is based to achieve a superior customer value by measuring customer value for product of company and its competitor before and after QFD Appling. The research ended with some conclusions. The most important one is the company weakness of an accurate definition of the customer's requirements and expectations. | ||
