| Abstract Research Target is to identify the impact of climate in organizational dimensions represented in organizational structure, administrative policies, information technology, professional advancement and work incentives in performance and competitive advantage in the Jordanian commercial banks. It was a deliberate choice of a sample of five commercial banks according to the highest standard of market value per share. These banks are (Arabic, Jordan Kuwait, Cairo, Amman, housing and trade finance & Bank of Jordan) a questionnaire has been designed to identify and analyze 134 of them. Research was based on three key assumptions to determine the impact of organizational climate variables on research and testing its effect. After collecting and analyzing data by using SPSS program, Results showed that there is an impact to keep the regulatory climate on the performance of commercial banks in Jordan and was ranked in descending order (information technology, organizational structure, administrative policies, professional advancement and incentives to work). It also shows that research samples constantly striving to improve and renew their performance, as well as the pursuit of excellence in the dimensions of quality and speed in order to gain high market share. | ||
