| Abstract | ||
| In information systems, researchers have stressed on discovering a tool that enables them to measurement of information systems service quality which produced by information systems departments in the light of increasing interest in such services. So, they inspired by the(SERVQAL)which had been developed in the field of marketing as being the most measurement to fulfill such task.So,the present research used the above mentioned measurement to find out gap between perceptions and expectations of customers in Thi-qar university for the quality that they receive. This comes with an eye to making out and guiding those who are concerned to shortcoming and good quality in the services. The research showed that measurement used is qualified to carry out such role as passing both validity and reliability tests. The customers of unit emphasized that human aspect (Assurance and Empathy) form strength point in information quality given by unit studied. The responsiveness constituted the weakest point in the chain of information quality service quality. Implication and significances were discussed and also research ended with the most important recommendation. | ||
