| Abstract | ||
| The study includes the relationship between employees empowerment and organizational learning and the effect of the employees empowerment in organizational learning. The study consists of (40) academic staft that work in colleges of pharmacy in Baghdad city which represent the research community. The results of this research that is positive relationship between employees' empowerment and organizational learning and effective of employees' empowerment in organization learning. The main recommendation is necessary of creation suitable organization environment that improve the academic staft skills and to present their ideas that gives them a freedom idea and innovation. | ||
