| Abstract | ||
| This research has been done for specify the ranks of provinces in Turkey by the traffic accidents. The analysis of principal components was used in this research for this, the numbers of traffic accidents in 2004 by some different varieties were examined as data and analyzed. In the results, the provinces resembling by the number of accidents were involved in the same class. In the classification we obtained five different classes. Most of the provinces concentrated in the first class. The second class consists of nine province and the third four, the fourth three, and the fifth consists one province. In addition to the classification, we obtained an ordering of the province. In the ordering, especialty the large cities prominently prove their worth.
