| Abstract | ||
| This research aims to identify and determine the impact of strategic change represented by ( the routine , cover , a radical re-orientation and organizational ) in organizational performance in the company for electrical industries and for the purpose of achieving the objectives of reseach , has been designed form questionnaire distributed to a sample of (31) troops they represent the heads of department and their staff and officials of the people in the company , where the response rate (86%) of the resesrch community . The research data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods, The research concluded that the most important outcome of several organizational performance is increased strategic change , as the actor performance requires changes comprehensive and substantial . | ||
