Abstract
Conflict is considered as one of imperative behavioral necessary and natural phenomena in our life.
Conflict management helps the organization to achieve a high degree of efficiency to a accomplish the objectives of the organization
The research has dealt with three types of conflict , and it shows the relationship between them and four elements under study of organization's objectives : satisfaction ,creation ,human relation and productivity.
The results show , after questions for selected sample and make the statistical tests in the practical part of research , that the greatest relation is the human relations , when it was used a type of co-operation in conflict management , that has an influence about increasing of labor productivity
