| Abstract | ||
| The research is concerned with measuring the impact of the basic piles of the innovative thinking (that represented by fluency originality flexibility amplification and intuition of problems ) on managing the administrative problems , in order to explain the role of these piles (if really existed in the work of the Mayoralty of Baghdad ) in improving the skills of the mentioned institution in curing the administrative obstacles . The questionnaires that were distributed on 30 managers to test the hypothesis ,on which the research depends, uses the statistic ways that represented by the Weighted Mean ,Standard deviation and chi-Square to find the relationship between variables as well as analysis the multi-Linear Regression to find the impact. The research is concluded with some recommendations and conclusions that are seen useful to improve the work of Mayorality of Baghdad. | ||
