| Abstract | ||
| The problem and goals of the frame research can be determined by the job characters in dimensions of product quality. The connection between the work characters (independent variable) and there variables (complexity of work, processing of data, solution of problems, typing of efficiencyances) and between an dimensions of product quality (the followed variable) and its variables (product doing, effectiveness, compatible outside appearance, strength, serving capability, quality). These comparisons came from two basic base hypostases, the first connected with the relation of connection, and the second connected with effect of the job characters in an dimensions of product quality. The general company of electrical industries was choose as a location for the research. The research represents the main departments managers in the assistance of managers for these firms, the officers of production lines . A sample was choose for completing practical side and the poll was as a main tool with depending on some scales and develop it by a group of professional staff in this field in order to reach the required data in addition to personal meeting aiming to get exact poll and results analysis. using The study has reached to a group of conclusions, and the importance one, existence of relations of connection between job characters and its variables (processing of data, solution of problems, typing of efficiency) and generally an dimensions of product quality. The effectiveness has moral sense (for the job characters and its variables) (processing of data, solution of problems, typing of efficiency) in an Dimensions of product quality. The recommendations focused that the company must improve other job characters properties such as (complexity of work) in order to reach the necessary processing for an improve of the job which leads to contribute the product quality improvement. | ||
