Abstract
The Problem of the research: The problem of the research was in answering the following question: What is the relationship between competition anxiety and satisfaction with leadership role in team leaders of football league? The Aims of the Study: 1. Identifying the level of completion anxiety with its three dimensions and the level of satisfaction with leadership roles in football league. 2. Identifying ht relationship between competition anxiety with its three dimensions and satisfaction with the traditional role in football league. The Hypothesis Of The Study: 1. There is a significant negative statistical correlation between the cognitive dimension during relaxation and under the competition pressure and satisfaction about leadership role for team leaders in football league. 2. There is a significant negative statistical correlation between the Physical dimension during relaxation and under the competition pressure and satisfaction about leadership role for team leaders in football league. The Methods: The researchers used the descriptive method The Subjects: The subjects were (12) elite football player who are the leader of the teams in the football league. Conclusions: v There are negative significant statistical correlation between satisfaction with leader's role and anxiety with its two dimensions; the cognitive and physical while there was a positive significant correlation with self – confidence. Recommendation: v Assuring that coaches should use relaxation during competition due its importance in reducing tension in players.
