Abstract
Consisted the introduction and importance of study, the researcher has illustrated the vast development of education process witnessed in the world relying on sound scientific and quantified design to prepare the elite of qualified teachers to command the education process within the specialization of physical education within strategic design prepared for the task at hand . In order to introduce the phases in conducting various activities and investigating its objectives . hereupon the problem of the research paper and evolved to die over the effectiveness of the curriculum programs of the college of physical education / Anbar university . The research Aims to 1. introduce the effectiveness of physical education programs via the opinion of fourth years student for the 2006-07 year. 2. Evaluate the effectiveness of physical education programs as reflected via the answer of fourth year students. The research consisted the following fields 1. the human field : fourth year students 2. the period field : 10/4/2007 -10/6/2007 3. the place field : college of physical education –Anbar university Chapter Two :The research method and its field The researcher and appwed the descriptive method of research within of its revelance to the research problem . the research employed a questioner to simplify the sample answer of 67 students , the research rehwed on various scientific references and various instruments in revelance to the research topic . the researcher employed the suitable statiscal methods . Chapter three: Results and Discussion: Illustrate results analysed statically based upon scientific reference Chapter Four: Conclusions and recommendations The researcher concluded from it is research study the following: 1. the program applied within the college was not upon the standard of preparing physical education teachers possessing the effectiveness of developing the intended aims 2. the teaching methods and educational supplement was not within standard based upon students study topics. 3. The poorness of educational topics based upon cultural guiding and psychological supplements 4. The curriculum was unable to develop the theoretical and practical lessons 5. The instruments and devices employed was not sufficient to progress the skill of students 6. The inexistence of a library within college campus Recommendations 1. the revision of the present program employed within the intended sufficient hours for practical and theoretical subjects 2. the errection of scientific well equped library . 3. the provision of instruments and devices needed and the study lecture halls . 4. the importance of cultural phases with emphsis on social relation between student and between lecturing staff 5. the importance of particle teaching at school to visoly the students on three futuristic needed to teach physical education. 6. Prepare symposium , depstes , and seminars to programs teaching as a qualification profess on to students
