Abstract
Concerned with the measurement of relationship research and the impact of the dimensions (external adjustment and internal integration) of the elements of organizational culture in the crystalline environment of the Directorate General for Education / Rusafa Branch II. As contributing to these dimensions, which, with what existed in the environment department surveyed the organization's ability to promote the formation and building of organizational culture and high-end correctly. Have been used questionnaire and distributed to (35) Director working in the department surveyed, and the purpose of selecting assumptions adopted in the research used statistical methods consisted circles. Calculations programmed, standard deviation and the use of chi - square to see the relationship between the variables and finally the analysis of multiple linear regression to determine the impact and the level of morale (0, 05). Find and seal a set of conclusions and recommendations that can contribute to the upgrading of the service sector.
