Abstract
After the victory of Muslim Badder Battle , the political role of the prophet became very very important in AL-Madenah . The Jews hypocrites and disbelievers were no longer able to challenge his authority which had stated in the AL-Madenahs document . lt certainly became after this victory to have the means of material power that help him to practice his spiritual , and political power when the prophet captured the prisoners and arrived at AL- Madenah ALLan has humiliated the necks of disbelievers , hypocrites and Jews, and all of them submitted to him The prophet ordered his companions to treat the prisoners well, and trying to release them, and purposely he consulted his companions to what to do with them . The companions went into two opinions , The first group decided to kill them , but the second one suggested to pardon them and take ransom from them. The prophet tried not to be extremist in taking ransom from them , and we will explain that through three sections . The first on shed light on treating the prisoners , as for the second shows the consulting of his companions about the destiny of the prisoners , the third section dealt with names of the prisoners and the amount of their ransom .
