The attitude of Arabic – Islamic caliphate toward the A’raab in the prophet and rightly guided caliphate | ||

| Abstract | ||
| The Islamic caliphate was against the A’raab who became Muslims and stayed in their desert and their companies and didn’t share with Muslims to spread Islam by al-Jihad. The Quran attacked them in many verses except the A’raab who accepted when the prophet called them for al-jihad. Islam obliged the Muslim in the beginning of the Hijra to come to Al-medina Al-munawara and if he didn’t accept he will be within al- A’raab. And before the conquest of Mecca the prophet gave permission to those who become Muslims to stay in their desert on condition that they have ably if they called to the Jihad. The immigration stopped after the Muslims managed to conquer Mecca. The A’raab were not given anything from Al-fai and Al-ghanima in the time of the prophet and the rightly guided caliphates because they did not share in liberation and conquest wars. But the Islamic government helped them in the dry time and when the non Muslims try to do something against them. Then the Muslims renewed the immigration, in the rightly guided caliphates, to towns and countries which the Arab had built in Iraq, Egypt, and North Africa that became Dur- Hijra. The immigration in that time found rashness. The Islamic caliphates encourage that by refusing to give the ata’ to those who did not immigrate to the places which has been conquered by Muslims and did not share in conquer war. The people of cities, who were not sharing in futuh, were not given from al-ata’ The prophet and Omar bin- al – khattab had a mild policy towards the A’raab in order to persuade them to leave the badiya and come to centre of civilization. But Ali bin- abi –talib attack al-A’raab and blamed them, he did that because he come to the caliphate in the time of the high tribal which observed after Othman death. Settlement of A’raab in the Islamic cities in the rightly guided caliphates besides the first Muhajers, who had a good ability, talent, and capacity, made social and economic worries. Some of A’raab involved to the Khawarij in order to show their aims against the central power and to satisfy their admirers to decentralization that they had in the desert | ||
