| Economists and bankers first bank credit much attention to the contribution of private banks and investment financing in the process of economic development through its provision of funds by pooling savings and provided to investors in loans and advances to the various projects and expand existing ones and development of their realization. Add to pursue the banks to provide a tool suitable for the movement of capital units of the fiscal surplus (companies and individuals) to units of the fiscal deficit in order to benefit from it in the management of the wheel of the national economy and believes in the work of the hands of labor and increases the development of production processes and distribution of income and wealth. Research includes two chapters The first is the theoretical framework of the subject and includes the concepts of credit and credit risk, elements of credit, credit rating, bank credit in Iraq in private banks and government the second chapter includes analysis of the quantitative relationship between the variables of credit cash and assets of distressed debt to the Rafidain and Baghdad, the research sample in addition to the conclusions and recommendations. | ||
