| Is a theme of knowledge and its impact on innovation of particular importance to researchers, administrators, because of "what constitutes importance in different organizations, because these organizations are struggling to achieve development and prosperity in unstable environments and competing, so the knowledge and its impact on creativity and innovation becoming of things is very important especially if Maalmana that these organizations live in the economics of intangibles, the economics of information that depend on the flexibility, creativity and innovation, so the value of participation creativity is not limited to the organization alone, but that the ability to reach solutions and ideas of a unique and convenient enormous benefit to individuals (Rashid 0.2004 , 22). | ||
