| Abstract | ||
| The emerging problem of unemployment is clearly with the industrial development in the world and consulted with the problem I took a global character and the rates varied between countries depending on the degree of the economic growth of countries is more than in developing countries in general and the increasing intensity as a result of the reality of economic and social underdevelopment, which is going through. The presence of unemployed (head of household) means his poverty and hunger of his family headed and they can not meet the requirements of a decent life in food, clothing, health, education, decent housing, and enjoy the freedom of thought, expression and communication with the world, that is, they yoke of man and evidence of deprivation, which naturally affects negatively in the indicators human development if the increased rates of unemployment in the community shall be the country in the tail of the human development index. | ||
