Abstract
Of the United States with the EU economic relations huge dominated mutual benefit in the areas of trade, investment and economic fields other, the largest in the world as well as political and military relations, and that the agreement of the parties in the past has had an important role in finding a trading system more open and effective, and that the breadth of the size of relations general economic and business in particular has led to additional conflicts and tensions between the two parties which is to be expected. Witnessed these relations a series of tensions and conflicts over many issues revolve mostly around the request of local producers for protection or support in the areas of agriculture, aerospace, iron and steel and the protection of emergency and other topics, and start these conflicts escalate when one of the parties to protect political and economic interests of one side, and which helps to this rise the different interests and goals and priorities of the foreign policy of both the United States and the European Union, and usually resort each of the provisions of bilateral agreements and multilateral conventions for the solution of conflicts and to rule on the legality or illegality of the actions taken and trying to both parties access through vulnerabilities in the agreements and especially the WTO agreements to get the gains at the expense of the other party or prevent the entry of a commodity or loaded Kmarkip taxes and other trade barriers. No doubt, these conflicts stepped down a serious turn in some cases, at other times be limited or may be an ongoing problem for years.
