| Management is the overall quality of the methods that have entered recently in the field of education after that proved successful in other areas, and seeks total quality management to prepare the student specifications given to living in a phase characterized by an explosion of knowledge, and the abundance of information, and rapid change, technological progress and the tremendous, and the world which has become one village through advanced global communications network.
